Pay rate: £22 per hourHours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pmLocation: Supported Living ServiceWe are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to oversee a Supported Living property supporting 4 adults with varying needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality care, staff leadership, and ensuring a safe, positive living environment.About the RoleAs the Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day running of a Supported Living home that operates with 24-hour support, including sleep-ins (no waking nights). You''ll lead a team, maintain service quality, and ensure person-centred support for all service users.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily running of the Supported Living homeManage, supervise and motivate support staffEnsure safe, high-quality, person-centred careCoordinate staffing, rotas and resourcesComplete audits, quality checks and maintain documentationEnsure safeguarding procedures are followedPromote independence, inclusion and wellbeing for service usersLiaise with families, professionals and external partnersAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:Experience in Supported Living or adult social carePrevious leadership or supervisory experienceStrong organisational, communication and decision-making skillsConfidence managing staff, compliance and care planningA commitment to delivering high-quality supportA full UK driving licence - you must be a driver for this role Pay and Hours£22 per hourMonday to Friday, 8am-4pmSleep-ins included as ..... full job details .....
