Our new Intensive Intervention Teams bring together specialist practitioners working as a part of that local community''s Family Help service providing specialist interventions to families focused on addressing issues that can lead to family breakdown and children coming into care. About the role As Team Leader in our Cotswold team, you will supervise a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners including: Parenting Practitioners, Intensive Edge of Care Family Support Workers, Family Group Decision Making Practitioners, and linked partner agencies such as adult employment practitioners, mental health specialists and substance misuse professionals.
