Cygnet Group are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Social Care) to join our team working at The Squirrels. The Squirrels: The Squirrels is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. Your Role as a Team Leader (Social Care) at Cygnet: Working 42-hours per week (Days Only) on a permanent contract, working 12-hour days across a 7-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month.
