This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service.
