      <description>Location: Wilton | Salary: &amp;pound;34000/annum | Type: Permanent | We're looking for an inspirational Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Youth Employment Advisors, helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment opportunities.  In this role, you'll support the Business Manager to deliver outstanding performance, quality and compliance across the Youth Job Guarantee programme. You'll coach and motivate your team, oversee participant journeys, drive performance against targets, and ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, participant experience and service delivery.  We're seeking a confident leader with experience managing performance in a target-driven environment, strong coaching skills, and the ability to use data and insight to improve outcomes. Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, youth services or careers guidance would be advantageous.
