You''ll help individuals develop independence, stability, and confidence within a safe and structured environment.You''ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and supervising staff, and ensuring each individual receives tailored, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.About the ServiceThe service provides a highly supportive, structured environment for individuals requiring 24-hour care.
