Here''s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Great People Support Induction and training of new employees. Manage and be responsible for employees within the kitchen. Attend on and off site training sessions as required. Ensure training is put into practice in the kitchen. Attend Area Meetings as required held each term. Ensure a great working relationship within the school to provide an efficient service.Great Service Maintain contractual standards of personal and kitchen hygiene, health and food safety. Operate to the standards required by the Statutory Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations. Ensure the food service area is prepared in advance to the required standard. Maximize use of merchandise and counter displays. Ensure food is cooked to the correct standard and using the correct procedure.
