The role is responsible for managing the performance, productivity and wellbeing of thisteamand supports theteamthrough observation, coaching and development to exceed their targets; resolving escalated complaints; ensuring the maintenance of key relationships with partners and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPI''s).
