Job DescriptionJob Title: Team Leader (Rail) Location: DoncasterReports to: Supervisor or SiteTeam Leader (role dependant) Job Summary: This role is to support the Site Team Leader or Supervisor by leading a shift within a depot or mobile and acting as the main focal point for preventive and corrective activities within a shift. Take line management responsibility for the engineers within the shift. Deputise for the Site Team Leader or Supervisor as and when required. To embrace digitalisation. Key Responsibilities: Proactive involvement in the Company''s HSQE management processes. Submit observation/near miss reports and encourage others in the team to do so as well. Support investigations into observation/near misses, accidents or incidents. Perform preventative and corrective scheduled maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Actively participate in the ongoing continuous improvement activities for both maintenance and procedures. Attend and participate in meetings with the customer where necessary to obtain sign off for work that has been carried out on the customers equipment. Undertake fault finding and repair when required using appropriate technical information (e.g. Technical drawings and fault finding guides). Completion of relevant documentation for all work carried out in order to accurately record activities that are recorded for the company and the customer.
