Job Title: Team Leader Location: Haverhill Salary: £14 - £15p/h Hours: Monday Friday 2pm 10pm Contract: Full Time, temporary - ongoing We''re recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small team within a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment. As Team leader, your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a small production team to achieve daily production targets Allocating work to meet production plans Promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture Conducting safety inductions and training Completing and maintaining risk assessments Monitoring quality standards Escalating engineering, quality, or material supply issues Driving continuous improvement through 6S, Standard Work, and Kaizen activities Collating daily production figures. The ideal candidate for the Team Leader will have: Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within manufacturing or production Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk management Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or Kaizen (desirable) The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment If you''re ready to ..... full job details .....
