Team Leader - Production

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity with a well-known production business in Fife.We''re looking for a Team Leader to get started within their Freuchie site (just north of Glenrothes).What''s on offer?A full-time permanent position, working 40-hours per weekWorking hours are based on a rota of day and back shift - with every second weekend offHours vary across 6:45am to 2pm; and 2:15pm to 10pm; and 06:45am 17:30pmA salary of 32,000 to 36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Working as a Team Leader within the production team, your duties will include, but not limited to:Leading, motivating and engaging your team - always building a positive working environmentManaging your team''s performance, ensuring they''re meeting their targetsEncouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunitiesStaff development, appraisals, and other HR functionsMaintain effective relationships with other teams across the businessEnsure effective cost managementConduct risk assessments and ensure Food Health and Safety at all timesTo be successful in this Team Leader role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:Previous experience managing a teamPrevious experience in a production/manufacturing, warehouse or related backgroundHave solid people skills and great communicationA basic level of computer literacyInterested?
