Work rotating shifts and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts when required. Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations. Check that all staff are wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before commencing work. Ensure Line Envoys complete accurate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) checks at the beginning of each shift. Conduct start-of-shift meetings and deliver Toolbox Talks. Respond to all shortage calls within the timescales specified by the customer. Confidently operate MHE in busy assembly halls (training will be provided). Ensure shortages reported by Line Envoys are logged, picked, and delivered promptly.
