The role of the slice & wrap Team leader is to ensure that products are correctly sliced and wrapped into the correct packaging and are correctly coded in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities of the role include: To be a pro-active member of the management team, working as part of that team maintaining company standards and influencing policy in the area of responsibility. Ensure product quality through definition of product and process specifications. Ensure product safety, particularly with regard to HACCP systems and controls.
