About the Role
The Team Leader role in Banbury involves overseeing a production team for a temporary assignment of two to three months, with possible extension. Paying £14.72 per hour on a full-time basis, the position requires flexibility between 6:00am–2:00pm and 7:30am–4:00pm shifts. Key duties include leading the workforce to meet daily targets, booking customer orders via computer systems, and upholding quality and productivity standards. Team Leader – Temporary (2–3 Months, Potential to Extend)
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of our client. This is initially a 2–3 month temporary position, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.
Pay Rate:
- £14.72 per hour
- Shifts will vary between:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Candidates must be flexible, as shift times will change between these two patterns.
- Leading and supporting the production team
- Ensuring daily production targets are met
- Booking customer orders using a computer system
- Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
- Supporting the smooth running of the production department
- Previous production experience is essential
- Team leader or supervisory experience is desirable
- Good computer skills and confidence using booking/order systems
- A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
