Job summary Job Ref: 26-148-NTLCL-CROFT-WEB# Job Role: Team Leader - Night Awake Location: Croft Communities Residential Services 71 Bloomfield Road Bangor BT20 4UR Salary: £15.14 per hour Hours: 36 hrs per week 3x 12-hour shifts, over 7-day cover. Flexibility is required to work within the rota system in order to meet the needs of the residents, the service and statutory regulation and availability to work evenings and weekends as required. The Service Croft Communities Residential and Respite Services provide residential support to adults with learning disabilities. Croft Lodge is a seven-bed wheelchair friendly respite unit which provides adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to come and enjoy a break with us. This service provides 24 hour tailored care and allows main carers to avail of a break to recharge. Purpose of the Job As part of the Living Options Services, the Team Leader will be a part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011. They will: Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.
