Team Leader (Mental Health)

Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to a team of Recovery Workers, ensuring the safe, effective and smooth operation of the Recovery House. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will support the delivery of a recovery-focused, psychologically informed and person-centred service, helping residents to achieve positive wellbeing and recovery outcomes. You will provide guidance to staff, oversee referrals and admissions, support effective risk management and safeguarding practice, and make operational decisions when required. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service quality, ensuring staff deliver effective support, safety planning and recovery interventions while promoting residents'' rights, dignity and choice. The postholder will work collaboratively with NHS crisis services, statutory and voluntary sector partners, monitor performance and compliance, respond to incidents and safeguarding concerns, and support continuous service improvement.
