Team Leader - Maternity Cover

We are looking for a confident Care and Support Team Leader - Maternity Cover with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You''ll be working 42 hours a week, days only, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Amberwood Lodge, providing 12 months Maternity Cover. The Service: Amberwood Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person''s specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the people we care for.
