Job Title: Team Leader (Night Shift) Permanent Contract Location - Perth (Transport will be available from a central pick up point) Transport - Dundee Hours - 4 on, 4 off (Night Shift Only) Pay Rate - 15.35 - 15.85Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Team Leader to join our recycling facility in Perth. This role involves overseeing a team of General Operatives, ensuring the safe and efficient processing of electrical equipment for disposal. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining standards, and supporting the day-to-day running of the operation during night shifts. Transport will also be available from specific pick up points.Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of General Operatives to achieve daily targets Oversee sorting, dismantling, and processing of electrical equipment for recycling and disposal Allocate tasks and manage workflow to maximise productivity and efficiency Ensure all items are prepared in line with company and environmental regulations Monitor team performance and provide coaching, support, and feedback Carry out and oversee quality control checks to maintain high standards Ensure safe handling of electrical goods and materials at all times Enforce and promote strict adherence to health and safety procedures Complete shift reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively with managementRequirements Previous experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role is essential ..... full job details .....
