Team Leader - Specialist Maintenance Services/Engineering Annual take home pay of £39-£45,000 + overtime Basic starting salary £32,085 increasing to £34,155 at completion of induction and training , plus £500 per month allowances, paid overtime + discretionary annual bonus . Requiring travel (and overnight stays, all fully expensed) from our base near Guildford, Surrey. POSITION OVERVIEW - TEAM LEADER Working alongside and leading a small team to deliver essential specialist plant and machinery maintenance and cleaning services to a diverse client base. Reporting to the Operations Manager, working in a ''hands on'' as well as leadership role, you will manage the relevant tools, supplies and associated paperwork; you will be customer facing. Working in a ''hands on'' capacity alongside your team on client sites, using specialist equipment, occasionally in confined and at times challenging spaces Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to the team (usually two direct reports), ensuring achievement of the tasks assigned, managing labour and resources efficiently Maintain Health and Safety standards Monitor procedures and processes for the receipt, storage, transportation and use of tools and associated ..... full job details .....
