      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: &amp;pound;42/hour | Type: Temporary | Our client Leicester City council is looking for a Team Leader to join their Locality west team.  Purpose   To provide decisive and effective leadership to team(s) in line with the council''s ''Vision &amp; Values'' and ''Leadership Qualities'' that enables them to do their best work resulting in high levels of people and organisational performance.  To lead, manage, and deliver effective social work within your area of responsibility. This will encompass the management and development of service delivery, building relationships between internal and external partners and contributing positively to the achievement of adult social care and wider council and partnership objectives   Leading People   Involve team/s in creating a shared purpose to help them develop and achieve results.
