This role is ideal for someone with production experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to meet daily targetsEnsuring all products (including cakes) are finished and packed to a high standardOverseeing the safe and efficient operation of production machinerySupporting and coordinating ingredient mixing in line with recipes and proceduresMonitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards across the production lineTraining, guiding and motivating team membersMaintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environmentEnsuring all food safety and health and safety regulations are followedReporting any issues to management and supporting continuous improvement Shift and Pay Monday to Friday06 30£15.71 per hourWeekly pay What We re Looking For Previous experience in food production or manufacturingPrior supervisory or team leader experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentReliable, punctual and a strong team player Why Apply Ongoing, stable workFriendly team environmentFull training and support ..... full job details .....
