Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment. Monitor and manage staff attendance, performance, and development. Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members. Assist in stock management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle any issues or challenges that arise within the team or during operations. Report any operational concerns to senior management and provide feedback on team performance.
