Team Leader Location: Guildhall Walk, PO1 2AL Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 1+ months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 26.34 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to ensure effective delivery of social and healthcare services. Coordinate with Portsmouth town Council to meet service standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the council. Person Specifications Must Have: Eligibility to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS Disclosure valid within the last 12 months. Registration with Social Work England. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Two practice-based references. Compliance with Portsmouth Code of Conduct and Health and Safety standards. Nice to Have: Experience working within a council or similar public sector environment. Strong leadership and communication skills.
