Working within the Asset Management directorate, you will play a key role in ensuring property data is accurate, reliable and aligned with compliance, asset investment and energy efficiency objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors. Deliver high-quality stock condition surveys in line with the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS. Work with strategic managers to plan and deliver survey programmes. Maintain data quality through training, spot checks, benchmarking and validation. Collect and analyse energy efficiency data to support SAP rating calculations.
