Team leader

Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role provides leadership and oversight of a team delivering community-based, person-centred, and holistic support to service users. You will motivate and empower staff to achieve high-quality outcomes, manage performance, and respond to complex casework. Working collaboratively with internal teams, local authorities, and partner agencies, you''ll promote a strong multi-agency approach to meet diverse needs. The role also involves overseeing referral processes, ensuring timely assessment, allocation, and review of cases. You will build effective partnerships, contribute to service development, and ensure delivery aligns with Hestia''s vision, values, and objectives. What do I need to bring with me?
