Sounds great, what will I be doing? The Team Leader will provide operational leadership for a team of Employment Specialists delivering an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service for people with severe mental illness and complex mental health needs. The role is responsible for managing team performance, ensuring service quality, meeting contractual and IPS fidelity standards, and supporting staff through supervision, coaching, mentoring and training. The post holder will oversee caseload management, monitor assessments and support plans, coordinate employer engagement activities, and maintain strong working relationships with NHS partners, commissioners and community stakeholders.
