The role is team leader for Health and Housing managing Private sector regulation and enforcement. Manage 4 teams delivering 3 licensing schemes as well as a reactive service. Mandatory HMO licensing, Additional licensing and selective licensing schemes. Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community and across organisational boundaries.
