Your new role As a Reactive Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of reactive maintenance services across the site. You will lead frontline operational teams, oversee contractors, drive performance against key KPIs and promote a positive Health & Safety culture. Key responsibilities include: Managing KPI 5 performance, ensuring targets of 90%+ are achieved through effective monitoring of CAFM reports, work order management and performance reporting.
