Team Leader Location: Caerphilly, Salary: £13.50 £16.87 per hour Job Type: Full-time,OverviewAn established and award-winning food manufacturing business based in Caerphilly, South Wales is seeking a Team Leader to join its Production team. This is a full-time, permanent role working a 7-day fortnight shift pattern from 6:00am to 6:00pm, aligned with production requirements.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team to achieve operational targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a production team to deliver the daily production plan.Ensure all team members follow safe systems of work and company procedures.Promote and enforce the correct use of PPE at all times.Monitor and drive performance to achieve KPI targets.Maintain a clean as you go culture within the production area.Ensure work areas consistently meet audit and hygiene standards.Ensure all customer specifications and quality standards are met.Support a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment. Essential Requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.Previous experience working within a team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to support, influence, and develop team members.Ability to complete required production documentation accurately. ..... full job details .....
