As Team Leader, you will be a hands-on leader, spending part of your time working alongside the team and using your mechanical expertise, while also taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the department. You will be responsible for ensuring the team is organised, productive and working safely, while meeting operational, quality and performance targets.
