ROLE: Team Leader LOCATION: Leicester HOURS: Full-Time Permanent PAY: 13.50 - 14.50 per hour Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join its growing food manufacturing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced food production operative or team leader looking to take the next step in their career within a busy food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work directly on the production line, leading and supporting a team while ensuring production targets, product quality, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, confident, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment.
