Team Leader Role overview Location: Milton Keynes Home 1 (MK1 post code) Home 2 (MK44 post code) - Succesful candidates will only work at one site. Contract: Temporary to permanent Salary: £14.50 PH Waking Nights are £14.50 Rota: MK1 - Day shifts: 1 on 2 off. , Waking Nights and are 3 on 3 off MK44 - 2 week rolling. Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 3 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Essentials: Willing to give personal care (training provided if required) + Ideally be a car driver As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of support staff, guiding and motivating them to deliver the highest standard of care. Care Planning: Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Supervision: Conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles. Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the home, monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and best interests of the children, ensuring they have a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
