You ll lead a team helping men on probation find and maintain stable accommodation, overcome barriers to housing and build a more positive future. Working closely with probation, prison, housing and community services, you ll help prevent homelessness, improve housing opportunities and reduce reoffending. What you ll be doing Lead and inspire your team, providing supervision, coaching and support to help colleagues develop and achieve their targets.
