The role: To lead production operatives in everyday food production activities To ensure high quality of products coming off the production lines Ensure H+S is adhered to the strictest standards Ensuring the work environment is maintained to a very high standard for food hygiene Requirements: You do not have to have formal qualifications but you must have worked in a similar role as a Team Leader within Hi-Care food production. Food production experience and Food Safety level 2 certificate Good communication skills Confident, determined and ambitious Hours of work Day shift 7am start-6pm Finish 48hrs per week Monday to Friday.
