The main focus of the role is to help the team meet agreed targets and deliver good customer outcomes.Responsibilities of the role:Support and guide a team of colleagues in their day-to-day workHelp the team achieve customer and team goalsHold regular Check-In meetings with each colleague (at least once every quarter)Use Check-Ins to discuss performance, wellbeing, and progress against team goalsHelp colleagues set personal goals linked to their role or future career plansEncourage and support colleagues to work towards their goalsUse the OurPerformance tool to record discussions, actions, and progressPromote a positive focus on wellbeing and ..... full job details .....
