Team Leader Supported Living Service in Worcester Worcestershire WR5 We require a Team Leader at our specialist supported living service providing support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential and to live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. scattered around the city called St Peters, and will support 4 Young Adults moving from residential college to their first home in the local community. About The Role of Team Leader As a Team Leader you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance. You won''t be alone in this; you''ll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, with additional support from other departments and your Locality Manager will also be on hand to support you. This job role covers multiple sites in Worcester Positive Behaviour Support and Management PBS and PBM experience is necessary.
