Line manage a number of Advisor and Caseworkers and ensure that they deliver services effectively and in line with our ambition.Engage in front-line delivery within Energy and Financial Wellbeing; balance between line management and front-line work approximately 50% each, as agreed with the Delivery Manager.Understand Energy and Financial Wellbeing work in the organisation’s context and support Advisors to deliver their objectives.Promote a positive culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation amongst direct reports and teams; support development of innovative, inspiring and viable service propositions.Contribute to continuing to develop internal culture, particularly advancing commitment to being anti-racist and inclusive, and creating space for honest conversations and feedback.Engage with related roles and experiences such as Community Engagement Leader, Community Development Manager, Neighbourhood Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, Community Empowerment Manager, Community Project Manager, etc.Qualifications / Experience

Experience leading teams in community or related settings is advantageous.You may have experience in the following roles: Community Engagement Leader, Community Development Manager, Neighbourhood Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, Community Empowerment Manager, Community Project Manager, etc.Other
