The Team Leader will assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day delivery of services within your area.Support and, at times, provide operational leadership and direction to frontline staff while ensuring the compliant and safe delivery of high-quality services.Work in partnership with the management team to build a culture that aligns with our values and demonstrates a positive leadership approach.Support the implementation of the delivery plan for allocated services and the delivery of the overarching organisational strategy.Develop person-centred and recovery-focused services that support people to achieve their personal outcomes and live a satisfying, hopeful and contributing life.Application process
