Team Leader

Team Leader Vacancy Hours: 6:00am 2:30pm Pay: £15.00 per hour We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our food manufacturing team to oversee the day-to-day running of our capsules and tablets areas. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for supporting the team to deliver strong efficiency, consistent quality, and full compliance with site standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the capsules and tablets teams during the daily shift. Oversee the day-to-day running of production areas, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standard. Monitor workflow, priorities, and performance to help keep production on track. Ensure pallets are booked on correctly against the relevant jobs. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, accuracy, and attention to detail. Identify and raise any issues that may affect quality, efficiency, or compliance. Act as a point of contact for the team, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the shift. Promote good housekeeping, attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and BRCGS expectations. Ensure staff follow strict GMP guidelines and site procedures. Monitor machine output and batch quality to help ensure production targets are achieved.
