Our Recycling Department is responsible for the removal of household recycling and waste, industrial and commercial waste, organic waste, and dry recyclable waste from locations within the Bath and North East Somerset Council area. The department comprises several operational roles and we support training and development.

Salary: £32,115

(Team Leader Driver LGV Collections, Post 41877).

Based in Keynsham, this role offers a base outside the city centre and provides a real career step within the Council.

Responsibilities

Supervise allocated staff and oversee the safe use of vehicles, plant and machinery, including recycling vehicles of different sizes.

Direct the work of trainees, agency staff and other employees assigned to you.
