Team Leader - Days

Total Staff Services are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our client based in Birkenhead.

As the Team Leader, you would be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high performance and quality standards, and supporting team development. You will be a key part of building a positive, productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead, motivate and support your team to achieve daily targets
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company procedures
• Support onboarding and training of new team mebers and agency personnel
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
• Collaborate with management to drive comtinuous improvement
• Ensure all daily operational paperwork is completed to th required standard
