Forklift Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Team Leader to manage a warehouse team in Rugby and oversee the efficient loading of containers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proficiency in operating a forklift, and experience in manual duties.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team
- Ensure stock control and accurate dispatch of goods
- Operate forklift to load and unload containers
- Perform manual handling duties as required

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Valid forklift license and proficiency in operating a forklift
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
