Role: Legal Support Team Leader Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid Working Salary: Up to 38,000 DOE + Benefits A leading Scottish professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and develop legal support teams within a busy and fast-paced environment. The Opportunity Working across two specialist legal teams, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and motivating a team of Legal PAs and support professionals, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, high-quality service to both colleagues and clients. You will act as a key point of contact for your teams, overseeing workloads, allocating resources, supporting development and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved. A significant part of the role will involve championing the use of technology, AI and process improvement initiatives to help drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.
