Team Leader PM Shift 14.28ph (Apply online only) Mon to Fri Temporary to Permanent Leading from the front in this role , your day to day duties would include, but not limited to: Compiling staff rotas. Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary Planning workloads. Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news Maintaining safety standards Training staff and ensuring training is up to date Ensuring that quality standards are upheld Conducting performance reviews Customer liaison Overseeing business audits Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT.
