Overview

An opportunity has arisen within the Infrastructure Delivery Service for a Corporate Landlord Team Leader on a permanent basis, managing hard and soft FM across the Educational Estate and overseeing PPP and PFI contracts.We are looking for an individual who can lead a team, drive and support transformational change across the Corporate Landlord Model, drive efficiencies, manage condition issues, response repairs, keep the estate clean, safe, compliant and fit for purpose, as well as planning for the future.If you’ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you.
