Connect Appointments is recruiting a Team Leader to join an established business based in Grangemouth.

Our client operates a busy logistics facility in Grangemouth, requiring an experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day site operations and support a team of operatives.

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• -28,880 per annum plus performance-related bonuses

As a Team Leader, your duties will include:

• Conducting morning check-ins and ensuring staff attendance is recorded accurately
• Carrying out inductions and on-site training for new starters
• Preparing and presenting timesheets accurately and on time
• Acting as the first point of contact for operative queries and escalations
• Maintaining a safe, organised working environment in line with site standards

To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or similar role
• Strong communication and people management skills
• The ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately under pressure
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
