Mash Care is recruiting on behalf of a private client for an experienced and confident Team Leader to lead an established support team working with an individual in their own home in Cambridgeshire. This is a varied and rewarding role combining hands-on complex care, team leadership and dedicated management time. You won''t be expected to squeeze the leadership responsibilities in around care shifts the role includes 15 hours of dedicated admin time each week to manage the team, rotas, care plans, risk assessments and the wider running of the package.
