Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Organise and control staff efficiently.Communicate regularly through daily team meetings and stakeholder sessions.Performance Management:- Provide guidance to achieve full flexibility and balance in operations.- Monitor performance metrics related to accidents, quality defects, productivity, and stock accuracy. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including risk assessments and safety barometers.Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through audits and quality control processes.
