CNC TURNER-TEAM LEADER Purpose of the Role To support the Production Manager in maintaining the production schedule in line with customer delivery requirements through effective team leadership, development and continuous improvement. Key Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate: Compliance with company procedures, policies and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSandE) requirements. Key Responsibilities Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, procedures and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSandE) requirements. Ensure employees and machine tools within the CNC Turning section operate efficiently and in accordance with established manufacturing processes. Support the Production Manager in achieving the production schedule and meeting customer delivery dates. Monitor production progress, identify potential delays and assist with recovery plans to maintain delivery performance. Support quality improvement activities by implementing observations, reviews and corrective actions identified by the Quality department and Management team.
