This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or existing Team Leader who is confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues and maintaining consistently high standards of care and safeguarding. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, helping to provide a safe, structured and nurturing home in which young people can make meaningful progress.
